What am I buying?

Digital artwork. No shirt, mug, wood blank, craft machine or other physical item ships. Single files contain one design in SVG, PNG, DXF and EPS; bundles list every included design.

Which format should I use?

Use a vector format supported by your software for cutting. SVG preserves color groups and outlined lettering. DXF is a closed-polyline alternative; check its imported size. PNG is for printing. EPS is for compatible design applications. Software editions vary, so check support before purchase.

Do I need to install fonts?

No. Lettering in our vector downloads is already converted to paths. You can recolor or resize the artwork in compatible software, but it is not editable live text.

Can I sell things I make?

Yes, finished physical products within the included commercial-use license. You cannot share or resell the digital files, redistribute modified source files, or upload the artwork as stock. Read the full license before use.

Are these laser or embroidery files?

The launch illustrations are vector artwork for decal, paper and print workflows. A wood preview is an engraving simulation, not a structural through-cut design. Embroidery stitch files are not included. Separate laser projects will state their own material and testing details when offered.

How do downloads work?

After payment is confirmed, use the download link shown in your order delivery message. Extract the ZIP before importing a file. If delivery is missing, check spam and contact us with your order number.

Can I request a refund?

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if the files are not right for you. We will offer a fix or refund under our digital refund policy. If refunded, delete that purchase’s files and stop new commercial use of them.

What if a file imports incorrectly?

Send the design name, order number, software name and version, and a description of what changed. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Confirm the imported dimensions and keep a backup of the original ZIP.
