Digital refund policy

We sell digital files, not physical goods. Please check the formats and software requirements on the product page before purchasing.

14-day satisfaction window

Email support@glowcraftedstudio.com within 14 days of purchase if the files are not right for you. Include your order number and the item name. We will offer a fix or a refund; you do not need to mail anything back. Duplicate charges and defective or incorrect files will be corrected or refunded.

After a refund

If a purchase is refunded, delete the downloaded files and stop new commercial use of that purchase. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
